There appeared to be confusion about the payment, payment ws made from my credit card upon check in at the hotel but I had understood Bookings .com had deducted when the reservation was made ................ please clarify for me

The unit was a nice size with a balcony and beautiful views. the hotel is in a perfect and comfortable location, just steps away from Saint Georges Mall. - It is only a 5-minute walk to a bus stop.

There is not refrigerator in the room, There is no room services at all.

Everything was good, but I noticed the shower drained VERY slowly and the shower valve made setting the right water temp quite difficult. The rooms are nice and new, but I suspect the plumbing is very old? room 704

The hotel is pleasant, and I would definitely come back here; we had an outstanding and excellent meal on the terrace.

The internet connection is useless. You have to log on every few minutes. Asked for help from reception they gave me new code and still had problems. Called them again the were going to send help.never heard back. Rooms have no windows bathroom is tiny. L also requested a room overlooking the square. Reception said they would check for me and get back. Again never did get back. The reception staff was a mix of excellent and useless.

The market was slightly noisy but not horrible Breakfast not incl but heaps of cafes near by with better offers in my mind
